Nose Strips are designed to maximize airflow through your nasal passages, making them the perfect companion to mouth tape (or useful on their own).

They physically expand your nostrils using adhesive strips, similar to Breathe Right but made to match Hostage Tape's quality standards.

Most effective when stacked with mouth tape—the nose strips ensure you can actually breathe nasally while your mouth is sealed.

Helpful for congestion, deviated septums, or anyone whose nose just doesn't move enough air efficiently.

The strips are single-use and need to be replaced nightly.

Position across your nostrils after making sure your nose is clean and dry for best adhesion.
